Enterprise & Teams

Talk Rightly for teams.

The meeting is not the place for a first attempt.

A budget gets challenged. A client pushes back. Two departments disagree on delivery. Give your team room to rehearse the answer before the real conversation.

30-day paid pilots. Clear cohort sizes. No automatic enrollment.

Different functions. The same pressure.

For VPs, Directors, founders and the people they lead. Start with the conversations that already cost your team time, trust or progress.

The numbers are challenged mid-update.

Explain a cost increase, missed target or operational delay without burying the decision in excuses.

A new title does not prepare a new manager.

Build practice around feedback, team expectations and difficult conversations between training sessions.

Practice, not another presentation

Know the answer.
Rehearse saying it under pressure.

Talk Rightly is your on-camera practice studio for high-stakes workplace conversations. It tests your delivery against realistic pushback from colleagues and leadership, flags apologetic language in real time, trains you to speak with calm conviction, and builds the vocal confidence to command respect.

Agree on the test before you start.

Before the pilot

Select the cohort, name the difficult conversations and agree on the practice schedule and review criteria.

During the 30 days

Participants rehearse in their own accounts. Team setup and support are coordinated with your nominated contact.

At the review

Review participation and any participant-authorized progress evidence against the agreed criteria. Decide whether to continue for a year.

No surprise promises.

  • Seat reassignment, tailored scenario setup and team reporting require an agreed scope. They are not self-service organization tools today.
  • SSO, SCIM, a manager dashboard and pooled rehearsal balances are not currently available.
  • Practice scores are feedback, not employee rankings, hiring evidence or a guarantee of business results.
  • Security questionnaires, data terms and contract requests are reviewed before agreement. No implied certification or data-residency guarantee.

Private practice. Precise data terms.

Talk Rightly does not upload or store raw rehearsal audio or video on its servers. Transcripts and numerical voice measurements are sent for scoring. Your browser's speech-recognition service may process audio separately.

Do not enter confidential client or company information into rehearsals. Any cohort reporting must define consent, access and aggregation in writing. Read the Privacy Policy.
